How do I schedule classes?

To schedule in-studio classes, please click here to download and install our mobile app or click here if using your computer. Note that all classes require pre-registration and payment in advance. The app will prompt you to purchase classes as needed.

What do I need to bring to class?

We provide everything you need. Just bring some comfy clothes designed for movement and a water bottle. Yoga mats, blocks, bolsters, blankets, and straps are available, just clean them down when you’re finished. For fitness classes, weights, bands, barbells, and any other equipment is provided.

The classes I want to take have a waitlist. What now?

If you find yourself on one, know that you are very likely to get into class. Life happens and cancellations occur regularly. You’ll receive a notification via text or email when you get off the waitlist and into class. YOU MUST UPDATE YOUR PROFILE TO RECEIVE TEXT NOTIFICATIONS or YOU WILL NOT BE NOTIFIED.

Are you a hot yoga studio?

We are not a hot studio :) Our temperature is perfect! We’re the only studio in town that is not hot. We don’t practice at 95-105 degrees. Yoga classes are set to 72-75 degrees and fitness classes are air conditioned. We naturally heat up the room with our breath and body taking temps up to 79-80 in a Yoga Flow.

How old should children be to attend yoga class?

Please note our classes are designed for adults, but we generally see 12 (and up) as a good age to introduce a regular yoga practice. If your child is younger than this, please take a few classes first to see what might work best for them. Generally speaking, teens find our flow classes to be most appropriate.

Do you offer Beginner Yoga Classes?

We offer a Beginner Series, and three class introduction to yoga, and introduces the wide range of yoga practiced at the studio including Vinyasa Flow, Yin, and Restorative Yoga. You can check our events page to see if one is currently scheduled to begin.

If you are new to yoga, you can try two different tracks in developing your personal practice: (1) if you’re already active and have no limitations in your body, try Flow, then Yin, and mix in a Restorative class from time to time, OR (2) if you’ve been inactive or have some limitations in your body, reverse this by starting with Restorative, then Yin, and finally, Flow classes.

I’m coming off of injury/surgery/illness, can yoga help me?

It can, but NOT until after you’ve finished your prescribed recovery program that may include physical and occupational therapy. Once you have finished those steps, yoga can be added to help you rebuild range of motion, strength, and balance.

It is important that if you have a limitation in your body that you share that with your instructor so she can offer pose modifications to accommodate your needs. AND, please recognize that our classes are designed for a general audience. If you have specific needs, those are best suited for private practice in a one-on-one environment. Contact us if you’re interested in private sessions.

I forgot my user ID and/or password. How do I reset it?

Please click here to manage your account. Your User ID is the email address you used to create your account. Once your password is reset, please be sure to log into the Full Body Fitness and Yoga App. NOTE: We do not use the generic MindBody App; please download and use our branded app.

What is your cancellation policy?

Tired of other studios keeping your passes and money because something came up? We’ve got you, BUT don’t take advantage of our generosity.

Be sure to take care of others by canceling yourself out of class as soon as possible. BE INTENTIONAL about scheduling, and be courteous of others, the instructors, and the studio. When you don’t cancel yourself out of class, you take a spot from someone else.

My passes expired, can these be extended?

Yes! We are happy to extend passes, Please use our text service, and send a text with your first and last name 859-980-3640

How do I cancel my monthly package/auto-renewal?

We make this as easy as possible. Go to https://fullbodynky.com/cancel and follow the 4 simple steps illustrated there. It’s basically Sign In > Account > Terminate > OK
